Stock + Partner Rechtsanwälte mbB is a partnership of lawyers with limited professional liability (Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB) under the German Partnership Act (Partnerschaftsgesellschaftsgesetz), a special form of partnership available to individuals rendering professional services. Stock + Partner Rechtsanwälte mbB has its seat in Munich and is registered in the register of partnerships at the local court of Munich under PR 567. All lawyers belonging to this partnership are admitted to practice as lawyers in Germany and are members of the Munich Chamber of Lawyers.
