Alexander Pühler advises national and foreign clients on the acquisition and sale of commercial properties and residences, the legal asset management and in the field of renewable energy law as well as the acquisition and sale of solar and wind energy plants. He furthermore advises enterprises in corporate and commercial matters and also investment and capital management companies. His work includes the structuring, the implementation and the settlement of investments, investment funds and/or alternative investment funds, the preparation of contract structures as well as the review of existing financial and service structures regarding the regulatory admissibility and/or the requirements, in particular the AIFMD and the Capital Investment Code. Alexander Pühler advised various investors and vendors on the purchase and structuring of residential and commercial properties, in joint venture and other negotiations for example club deals relating to real estates in the US.
